Return
Due to the hygienic nature of the product, we only accept your return unless the the product is defective before use.

To initiate your return, please contact us by contact@charmchaw.com with the reason and a photo of the defective product for your return in 30 days after your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, all the products must be unused and in the original packaging, and you will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning the products.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return items, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@charmchaw.com

All the products are made after order, and we are happy to customize what you need. Please send us a message to let us know how I can make the product a better fit for you.

Please note every teething jewelry is handmade, so the length and the bead placement of the teething jewelry may be a little different.

Please note the colours of the teething jewelry may appear different on your screen than in person due to different screen calibrations.
